- Strong technical background in all mechanical systems (HVAC, F.F and Plumbing) for small, medium and large project scale.
- Assist in provides technical support to marketing for bids and proposals.
- Acts as a subject matter expert regarding some mechanical engineering activities and issues.
- Interacts closely with internal teams to ensure that project needs and objectives are met.
- Participate in preparing engineering scope documents, budgets, specifications, schedules, and Requests for Proposals.
- Participates in project meetings and conference calls.
- Participates in engineering, design, procurement and construction review processes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required.
- Support to develop methods and procedure to improve efficiency of the discipline stream.
- Follow up and approve the method of statements for installation.
- Follow up the installation progress.
