Job Description

Objective:
The role would suit a Network & System Support Admin who is seeking an exciting new challenge with zeal to learn and implement new technologies in IT Infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities:
EU Support

  •   dentify user issues and quickly fix them through remote or onsite support.
  •  Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  •  Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  •  Experience in providing Remote Support to IT operations.
  •  Dealing with multiple desktop programs, configuration, and debugging techniques, Protect systems.
  • CCTV Solution administration and configuration.
  • Oracle ERP Client installation and troubleshooting.
  •  Resolving escalated user’s complaints without the need for team lead intervention.
  • MS Exchange
  • Strong understanding and experience with user-level MS Exchange Support.
  • Network Administration
  • Experience in managing and troubleshooting networking devices (Switches, Routers, Load balancers).
  • Patch systems with the latest upgrades and security hotfixes including desktops, routers, servers, and switches.
  • Hands-on experience in managing Servers (Windows/ Unix/Linux), Backup
  • Management, Disaster Recovery, Failover, Endpoint Security Management.
  •  VPN (SSL, IPsec) Configuration, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting.
  •  Preparation of technical documents, reports, and user guidelines.
  • Security
  •  Hand-on experience in supporting Next-Generation Firewall i.e. Fortigate, Sophos & in-depth Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, WAF, etc.
  •  In-depth knowledge of IPS, policy definition, and monitoring for incoming and outgoing traffic.
  •  Experience in VPN configuration (Site to Site and Policy-based VPN), Web security gateways, and Email Security Gateways.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Routinely test software for bugs, redundancies, and security issues.
  •  Perform other related duties as required.
  •  Comply with IT department Cyber Security Strategy.
  •  Comply with health and safety regulations.

Skills

Graduate

  •  Over All IT experience: 6+ yrs in a Multinational company
  •  Network Admin experience: 2+ yrs
  •  IT Support Engineer: 4+ yrs
  •  Travel: 30%

Certification :

CCNA/CCNP (mandatory)
Next-Generation Firewall i.e. Fortinet or Sophos (mandatory)
MCSA (optional)
